How long is the training?
Realistically, it will take you a few weeks to do this properly. What you put in will determine what you get out of it.
There's over 3.5 hours of video and webinar content and there are also reflection questions and activities suggested throughout the training. We highly encourage you to take those seriously, which means pulling out a pen and paper to respond with your thoughts.

What do I do with my certification?
Well, it's up to you! We hope it will do two things for you: give you the confidence and competence you need to make a big impact in people's lives. Also, we think this could be a valuable professional credential for you.
More than anything, we hope it helps you fulfill your calling to come alongside others to help them grow.

What sort of support will I get?
We've intentionally designed this to be fully virtual, rather than other coaching programs who might offer ongoing professional development, training, or contacts for business. This is intended to be a self-paced, self-guided virtual training.

What do I need to do to be considered certified?
We decided not to create a formal, robust credentialing system like many other coach training programs do with practicum hours and signoffs. We want this to be a gift to you, to empower you with the tools and the confidence to make a difference in the world.
